Our mattress was ready to be replaced and this one came at perfect timing. First time hearing about the brand and I have to say I can't wait to change all of our mattresses for this ones. They are really good made and they offer a great support which was super important to avoid having back pain in the mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked when I received this Queen sized Stearns & Foster Reserve Medium Tight Top. This mattress is the thickest mattress I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! First of all, it's HEAVY! It took me and my husband dragging it up our house's stairs to get it into our bedroom. The sewn in handles on the sides makes it slightly easier to move, but it's still super heavy. Once we got it on the bed frame, I noticed that since the mattress is so thick, it covers up half the headboard! That's not a complaint, as the thickness is what makes this mattress so comfortable! There are sewn in grooves and waves in the top of the mattress that give it this pillow feeling when you lay down. Both me and my husband weren't disturbed when we tried moving around as the other person laid still. The mattress works well at absorbing movements. Also, not that you'll see it when you have bedding on it, but the deep blue color of the mattress is gorgeous. I do think a deep pocket sheet set would work better than a standard queen sized set. I'm excited that this is now my new bed, I feel almost spoiled! I will keep telling my friends and family that Stearns & Foster is worth the hype and the money!

We bought a very expensive mattress to support our backs and to relieve discomfort we were having. It made some improvement but advice from a physical therapist to place a pillow between our knees did much more good. Now after a little over a year, depressions are developing where we sleep with a ridge in the middle. A service technician came out to evaluate it and made measurements along the ridge so found no problem. You can clearly see the depressions even with a comforter on top. Also, the sides are beginning to roll down. This is not the quality I would expect from a mattress in this price range.

Purchased a new S&F Reserve Med Tight Top Queen from a furniture store in July. Had previously owned a S&F from 2001 - 2008. It sagged terribly at about 8 yrs but neither the very reputable furniture company where I purchased it nor S&F honor the 10-year warranty. I did turn the mattress over as instructed. The salesperson whom I purchased my new mattress told me the new mattresses were so much more advanced and they will not sag. The new mattress was delivered at the end of August. I usually sleep in the middle but have a tendency to move a lot in bed and end up on side. I decided to go to bed on the opposite side of the mattress for a change. Needless to say that side was much firmer than the other. I am small build and low weight. I did not expect this new mattress to get somewhat saggy in less than four months. I do like being able to raise the head and feet at times, but I only raise the head slightly rather than using two pillows, I don't use it like a chair.

Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. I have only slept on this mattress for a few weeks, and I really like it so far. This is my first hybrid mattress. The medium is softer than I expected. Compared to my eight years old memory mattress, it's much cooler. It seems like this mattress provides support evenly all night. I can find my comfortable sleeping position easily, and fall asleep fast. I wake up feeling rested every morning.

After searching for years for a comfortable bed for the 2 of us this bed is hands down the best bed we have ever had we have had temperpedic bed and other name brand beds that don't even come close to the comfort level that this bed is I would highly recommend Sterns and foster beds to anybody I am finally excited to go to bed and wake up not hurting like I did in other beds So if you would like the best bed skip all the rest and go with the best I guarantee you will love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the opportunity to sleep on the Stearns & Foster Reserve Firm Pillowtop for about 20 days now and both my girlfriend and I are loving it. First I love the quality of the mattress and the thickness of it. It feels like the mattress is made of good quality and it's a brand name mattress. Secondly, it feels soft and firm but not too soft so it works out perfectly for any body. Before having this mattress I was sleeping on a foam mattress called Lessa and it was good but nothing like this. This mattress feels like an actual mattress and has the quality for a good night sleep. The support the mattress gives is by far best then the mattress I have slept in previously. I did receive this mattress to test however, my opinion is honest and it is a delight to sleep in. I cannot wait to have this for years to come so I can have a good night rest every night.

BUYER BEWARE unless you have money to just throw away. This is the worse performing mattress I have ever owned manufactured in a Stearns and Foster.brand. I purchased a Queen and a king to replace older mattresses 4 months ago and have regretted it ever since. There is not any support in it. When you sit or lay for just a short period of time it bottoms out giving you NO support there. Forget about a good night sleep because it is not going to happen with this mattress. Neither my husband or myself are large people. Getting up in the mornings with back pain and not rested since a few hours is all either of us can take on this mattress does not make for a good day. I have a medical condition that makes getting enough sleep crucial to daily function. This issue with this mattress goes beyond "break in" condition. You feel like you are in a hole all the time. I guess buying a new model mattress is like buying a new model car, you don't do it! Wait until enough complaints are made that the manufacturer makes the corrections necessary to manufacture a reliable quality product before you make a purchase. I feel like a crash dummy for mattresses in the testing phase!! Unfortunately I DO NOT have anything good to say about this mattress. For the money spent I expected quality from Stearns and Foster as I always have. I only gave it one star because that was the lowest I could rate it.
