[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is very comfortable. It is quite tall and very heavy. When it arrived we thought it had a box spring built into it. But it did not so we decided to use our box spring. So our bed is pretty tall, a lot taller than our old one. I am about 5'5 and have to kind of hop in the bed. But I'm sure that will go down some in a short time. The mattress has a pillow top that is very thick and comfortable.

I love this mattress, and so does my back! I had back surgery and it's so hard to find a soft AND supportive mattress. I usually get either soft and not supportive, or too hard of a mattress that doesn't conform to my body. This mattress is the perfect mix between soft and supportive. The memory foam is immersive enough to cradle my body, but the coils catch my body so I don't sink and throw my body out of alignment. It's worth it!

We got the mattress for less than a year and its already sagging. We have tried to communicate with the service department and all they refused to exchange the mattress because its not curvy enough. This is ridiculous and its causing psychological issues that we cant even fall asleep properly. We are so disappointed in both the quality of the mattress and the service!

We tried so many mattresses before our last purchase, and thought we loved the one we chose. But once it was home, it felt like something completely different - in the worst ways. We tolerated it for a while because we'd paid so much for it. But it was time for a new mattress. Enter the Stearns and Foster Lux Hybrid mattress. I wasn't sure how it would feel since we didn't test it first. But it well exceeded all of my expectations. It's beautiful to look at and to sleep on. It has just the right amount of plushness and firmness. It doesn't sleep hot at all, which was a concern for us. Our regular queen sheets fit perfectly. We don't need a mattress topper! I would buy this mattress again! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a stearns and Foster Reserve pillow top mattress for my Honest review and Let me tell you That this mattress is so soft, it feels like you are being hugged by a cloud, it is a great quality with a beautiful design. It is super heavy and tall which I don't mind. Hands down best nights sleep I have ever had. Only problem I have is keeping our 4 girls out of our bed.

My husband and I are absolutely blown away by the quality of this product. We knew we needed a new mattress, but have been trying to hold out as long as we could (inflation ). After a month or so of consistently waking up in pain, with stiffness and aches that would last a good part of the morning, I had the last straw. We went to our local mattress store and we trialed several different beds. My husband and I agreed we wouldn't shop with price in mind, but instead we would shop for comfort. I laid on this mattress and felt like I fell into a cloud. It supported every curve on my body and suited me as a side/back sleeper and my husband as a side/belly sleeper. We still laid on other mattresses - unsure if we wanted traditional coils or if we wanted to get another all foam mattress. The hybrid is really the best of both worlds. We got it delivered and set up, napped for the afternoon and woke up for the first time in months without any shred of pain! My husband and I both have rheumatic arthritic conditions. The bed you sleep on is an investment. We have the soft, the medium was okay, the firm was too much for us. If you can, sample the mattress and you, too, will be sold on the superior quality of Stearns & Foster!!!

Mattress was great for 1 month until suddenly a 6 inch deep by 3 foot long hole appeared in the center of the mattress. It's unusable now. I have tried every phone number and customer support email on the website dozens of times, no response. You can't talk to anyone. It's supposed to have a 10 year warranty. Bought from a large furniture store but they special ordered this mattress, not a Stearns and Foster dealer, so they won't help at all. Worst customer service ever. I'm ready to drive the mattress 12 hours to the factory and return it in person. I'm hoping to get a response from this review as nothing else works.

I have leukemia, and the medications that I must take daily have serious side effects. My joints are always painful and inflamed. Furthermore, I must sleep on my side due to a failed neck fusion. In the last twelve months, I have tried a mattress advertised as the best comfort. That didn't work at all. Next, I decided to purchase a highly advertised soft mattress with the same outcome. No rest, painful nights always! I purchased my Sterns and Foster Lux Hybrid (Soft) (LHH3) mattress in early March of 2024. From the first night, I experienced far less pain, slept better, and felt so very much better than I have in many years! This mattress is by far, the best mattress I have ever had and I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a participant with BzzAgent sampling program we were chosen to test the medium lux hybrid for free in exchange for an honest review. I debated about giving this a 3 or a 4, so here are my thoughts. Keep in mind, we have only had this for a little over a week so far. Before choosing the mattress we would be willing to test I looked at the website for the firmness scale and the scale on the website said the firmness would be around 6-7 out of 10 for the medium. We have not found this to be accurate at this point. When we sit on the edge of the bed it sinks WAY down. Then when we lay in it, we sink way in. Its weird because if kinda feels a bit firm, but then we wake up in a hole. Definitely doesn't feel as firm as we expected and it is unfortunately a situation where we are waking up with sore backs. (I will add that we are not small people, but also not excessively overweight. I think it is a factor though). As for the cooling feature...we don't really see it. I don't know if that is because we have a mattress cover on it, or its just not working well for us. We will be trying it without the mattress cover soon. Not giving up yet. I can see this mattress being great for people who prefer a softer bed. I struggle to accurately say what I think because it does seem to have the support and stability I want in a mattress, but I also am waking up with a sore back and in a hole. I know, clear as mud. Overall, I think it s a good solid choice as long as its clear that it is softer than expected. One major thing that was bothersome to us was the off gassing. The "chemical" smell on this mattress for the first few days was so strong I actually ended up sleeping on the couch one night. I am sensitive to toxic fumes and it was causing me some trouble. That does seem to have dissipated after 4 days or so. So, after just one week, I wouldn't count this mattress out, but I don't think it will end up being right for us.

As soon as I unboxed my wonderful Pillow top mattress and didn't even put it on my bed yet, I just put in on my floor and I lay down on it for an hour! It was amazing!!! Not too soft not too hard, the level of detail for this mattress is insane! It's cushioning and colors options is gorgeous it's been a little over a week since I got my free sample, and I'm in love with it! It definitely improved my sleep and mood that I don't want to leave my bed anymore, I honestly have no problem staying on bed all day long now! And I thought I had wonderful mattress before this one, yes its expensive and with Pillow top but definitely not like this one!! I can't compare. It's the best free sample I ever got! I already told my friends and family, and I'm getting one for my guest room. I only wish I got the firm top instead because my husband doesn't like soft top for his back :(
