We wish the weather would warm up so we can spend a lot more time on the patio enjoying this beautiful furniture and fire pit! Well made and beautiful!

We've owned another Agio set in the past and loved it. We purchased this in the spring, sight unseen, just the online photos and glad we did. This set is absolutely gorgeous. We replaced the fire medium with blue fire glass and put a blue rug under the set. We love, love love this set. There was a tiny issue with the fire ring, but the customer service department sent one out to us; we had it two days later. Great deal of care was put into the packaging to keep everything safe. All the legs were actually individually wrapped. There was no assembly of the chairs required. Other reviewers mentioned the protective covers are poor quality, I don't agree. I think they are great! They have clips to secure them to the furniture so they don't blow away in windy conditions. The fire pit also has a cover which we weren't expecting. Our last set lasted for many years and we believe this beautiful set will also last a long time with proper care. We live in the midwest and the winters are fierce. We always put our furniture in a storage tent for the winter months and the cushions in the house so critters don't nest in them. Works for us

Overall, the set is beautiful and comfortable. However, the fire pit burner pan did not assemble properly as it was not level. It was flush with the table on one side but had a 1/2" gap on the opposite side. Supplier stated it was a "factory manufacturing discrepancy". I was able to level it out by adding some washers to the fire pit frame and the table frame.

I was SO excited to make this purchase. It was beautiful on display in the store. We bought it and headed home with all the massive boxes. Thankfully there is really no assembly. Unfortunately for us, upon taking the table top out of the manufacturer’s box, it had a piece chipped off and the outer rim is bent on that side. The other problem which makes no sense- the fire pit ring is not flush with the table. It’s such a basic assembly, and we did exactly as the directions describe. This has been a disaster so far. I have to call the service number Monday and hope they can rectify the problems. Not pleased we can’t use yet.

We’ve had this set just over two years and have loved it. We use them year round in our enclosed patio and fits perfect. The table and fire pit have worked flawlessly. As far as seating, not so much. The hangars the seat connects to the base has a very limited lifetime. I have one chair that operates correctly, as as I sit here it feels that the hangars have started to go. They are cheap metal with cheap bearings on each end that is tacked welded closed on strut. Would be wary of the swivel chair collections if they are the same.

I was very happy to receive this set because of its quality and ease to setup. there are only 4 bolts to connect the table top of the fire pit and everything else including chairs is ready to go. I was also extremely happy to find that this set included a natural gas orifice for conversion to natural gas.

We've had this set for a week now and absolutely love it. The Fire Table with 60K BTU's was a must for us and we found the warmth and beauty we were looking for. The chairs are so comfortable and we love the neutral color of the cushions. You can't go wrong with this set.

Bought this and the matching balcony dining set in store. Had them delivered and set up by Go Configure. Our local tech was great and took great care to bring the sets up on our new 2nd story deck. The chat set is comfy and I love the fire table.

Thank God for bonuses. I stalked this set for a couple of months before I caught it for sale and bit the bullet. Shipping. I ordered the set and it came within a week. It arrives in 4 large and heavy boxes. We took it from the driveway to the deck. I paid more to get a set that didn’t require assembly. No regrets whatsoever. Four bolts in the table and removing the boxes and we were done. Good weight but not ridiculously heavy. Very high quality and they come with cushions and covers. Set up and sitting: We set up the furniture and fire pit within an hour. It was fast. Just had to set up the cushions and fire pit. The wicker is espresso brown and the cushions are a very light gray. I bought pillows to match my decor and I had a propane tank to get started. I’m tall and this set will easily accommodate 6 footers. I cannot say enough how much I love this set. It is ridiculously comfortable. I look forward to sitting on the deck every evening. And I sit in this set. I have two Sam’s club egg chairs that I have forsaken. No regrets. It was about 2 weeks before I could use the set due to MD rain. The covers kept the cushions bone dry. No problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this set. If you’re waffling, don’t. You’re just shortening the time you have to enjoy it.

This set is beautiful and very comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
