Bought this and picked it up from the local store. Was missing a box and they gladly broke apart another set to give me what I needed the very same day. Setup was very easy. Only tricky part was realizing that the fire pit "bowl" had to be removed and then re-attached (4 screws) after placing the top on the table stand (the top comes in a separate box). Set looks and works great, very happy so far.

Chairs are comfortable and love the swivel/glider feature. Fire pit adds ambience in the evening. It is a nice size for our lanai. Do wish the low setting would take the flame even a bit lower, but it is not a detriment. Very pleased with the purchase!

Arrived on time in 4 boxes. Everything was very well packed to prevent damage in shipping. Took about an hour to unpack and assemble. Chairs require no assembly (just removal of packing materials). Fire pit requires a 2nd person to lift onto the base, but assembly was very easy. Biggest challenge was dealing with all of the cardboard and packing materials. Set arrived in perfect condition. Prior year Heritage set versions included lumbar pillows, but this year the set included furniture covers. The covers are acceptable but very thin. I suspect they will break down after 1 season so I already purchased much thicker 600 denier covers with a 3 year warranty that fit perfectly. The set is exactly as described. I called the manufacturer to buy two matching ottomans but found that the set is customized for Sams Club, and no matching components are available. I found two closely matching ottomans online and couldn't be happier with my entire experience.

Shipping was a bit delayed but it was well worth the wait. The chairs are so comfortable and the firepit is a nice addition to a cool evening on the deck. We would love a couple extra chairs but overall we’re super happy with the purchase. When it’s available again, don’t hesitate to buy it!

Really love this set. Looks great, well made. Very easy to assemble. The table top did have some cracks but not so noticable that it would need replacing. My only complaint would be that the delivery men literally set the boxes out at the end of the drive way and told us that is where their job ended. Those were some pretty heavy boxes.

Beautiful set. Chairs are so comfortable , they glide and swivel. Fire pit is perfect for cool evenings. Chairs come fully assembled, just put cushions on. Fire pit takes about 15 minutes to assemble. The packaging is exceptional. Had a couple of weeks, and plan on enjoying for years. Highly recommend.

Love the set. I would have given a 5 star if the ignitor switch worked.
