We have 7 bedrooms and bought 1 king, 3 queens, 2 twins. From the beginning the sheets would not stay on and was very uncomfortable. I called mattress firm and they told me what sheets to get. Still wouldn't stay on. Spent over a 1000 on sheets. Nothing works. 1.5 years later we have lumps forming on the sides. I have never had these problems. I have to sleep in a guest room. Thought spending over3k on a mattress it would be comfortable. Mattress firm video chatted with us and were very insulting saying it was unsanitary with stains. No stains and we have a beautiful home that I clean every day. If it's because there was some dog hair, tennis ball, and a glass under bed it's because one of our labs hid everything under the bed. That would not affect the mattress. Needless to say, we will not be buying another bed from them and are letting everyone we know, not to buy this model and do not buy from Mattress Firm. This was obviously a defective Mattress. Very sorry we bought all the other mattresses from them.

I enjoy the memory foam feel but my husband prefers more support. After doing much research, we felt that the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Medium (AKA Albany) would be our best fit. I was hesitant to purchase due to the price but eventually made the purchase. First off, the medium is a bit more plush than we expected. Second, the memory foam does not nearly feel as good as a cheaper memory foam mattress I used in years prior. You do not get that slow body hugging feel of the mattress conforming to your body. Lastly, the middle always feels like you are about to roll into a pit. Overall, it seems like a durable mattress but feels more like a pillow top as opposed to a memory foam hybrid. Hoping to go with a better choice the next time we are ready to change out our mattress.

We were very pleased about the way the salesman worked with us. His name is Bradley Maddox. He was informative, patient, didn't rush us. He provided material to put beneath our heads when we lay down on the mattress. He was cautious about the Corona Virus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had not bought a new mattress in quite a few years. This one is like an old school spring mattress with memory foam on top. The whole thing was 13" where our old one was only 8" It's really quite comfortable. It says it has medium support but I would say it might run slightly more to the soft side. The top has a very thick soft layer of foam but underneath there is support. It's supposed to have some cooling properties and while it's not hot, I do not detect any specific cooling effect. Maybe because we have an extra sheet under the bedding to help protect the mattress. One thing I do like is that when you sit on it it feels like a spring mattress and not just foam. I do not like all foam mattresses so I really like the supportive feel of what is under the foam layer. I read that this bed has extra support in the center so two people do not roll together. I would say it does a good job of that. It does not tend to sink down in the middle which is a good thing. We put this on the old box spring from our old mattress. We put the box spring right on the floor and this mattress has enough height that it looks like it's on a frame when you make up the bed. The cover of the mattress is a dark color which to me seems a little odd for bedding. I sort of wish it was lighter so I did not have to put something white over it to make it so the dark does not show through. I guess though that does make it a little bit resistant to the look of any stains. I do wonder over time how long this mattress will last. In the past we have always had a regular spring mattress and a separate memory foam topper. The thing about memory foam is that it breaks down faster than springs, so I could see this in a few years showing it's age on the topper. Since it's all one piece it's not like you can just replace the topper. The cover feels to me a little loose on the top already and I wonder if over time it will look even more out of shape. I realize I've brought up a lot of points of concern here but we really do love the mattress and the comfort level. I just have some concerns about how long this is going to last without feeling like the top portion has lost it's shape. Overall it's great right now, I'm just a little concerned about the top portion failing early and as a result having to replace the entire thing earlier than just a spring mattress. Still as it is right now it's very comfy and gives enough support to get a good nights sleep and wake up feeling rested and comfortable. It's way better than what we were sleeping on. I got a firm mattress to support my low back. My Sealy mattress does just that, but while also providing comfort and an evenness to support my head, shoulder, and extremities perfectly. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I anticipate it will last me for years to come.

This is my every night mattress. Good and firm which really helps my back when on my back. No sinking bottom pulling on my lower back. The gel/foam top is great on my shoulder and hip when I roll to my side. I'm very happy with my choice of mattress.

I was in need of a new mattresses and went in to local bed shop, tried a lot of mattresses in the store but this one turned out to be the best for both comfort and wallet. Look forward to getting a great night sleep on my new Sealy Hybrid Kelburn II bed.

I've only slept on it one night,,,,,,but it was a glorious night! I have arthritis in my shoulders and hip. I woke up without pain! thank you. It was the most expensive mattress we've ever purchased and honestly could have never afforded. Middle class people rarely are able to have such comfort. But thank goodness for tax refunds. No-one I know could ever put that much money into a mattress.

Finally able to get uninterrupted sleep. Husband moves around ALOT! Bed was always jiggling and jostling. I couldn't take it anymore! This bed is solid and can't even feel it when he gets in or out of bed when I'm sleeping. Keeps me really comfortable with my hot flashes, to the point of being cool. My hip and shoulder don't bother me while I'm in bed either. That used to require extra pillows and whatnot just to get comfortable. I am really amazed at this mattress as I was staying with coils and springs as I was used to. Really happy with the hybrid.

It does not disturb your partner when getting in an out of bed. Most important is this hybrid innovation. Best of both worlds; sturdy mattress but topped with so much comfort.
