I had not purchased a new bed in more than 12 years. I decided to purchase a new bed because I had full hip replacement surgery scheduled. Thinking I might need to adjust to a new bed I purchase my bed 30 days before surgery was scheduled. Since the very first night on my Hybrid Premium Firm Tight Top Sealy bed I've slept comfortably and gotten up with less lower back and shoulder discomfort. The adjustable function of my new bed was a tremendous help during my recovery, allowing me to adjust my body position before trying to get out of bed. I would recommend your bed with adjustable base to anyone facing hip replacement surgery. Thank you!

I have only had the mattress for a month and it's still very firm to me. It really does not keep me cool and I still wake up from sweats. Hopefully, after a few months, I will be able to feel the full benefits of the mattress. The mattress does fit to the curves of my body.

We went to several mattress stores to look at all the inner spring and/or hybrid mattress options available. We also had a recent Consumer reports buyers guide with us. After talking with several sales associates, and lying down on several beds, we decided upon the Sealy Copper II. We felt good about our choice, bought the mattress, however NO ONE told us that the Copper II comes in two versions - a "firm" or a "plush". The mattress delivered to us seemed much softer than the bed in the store - we got the "plush" version delivered to us, but had tried the firm version in the store. NOT HAPPY. When I called Sealy, I was told that there may be a restocking fee of 15% - ridiculous - what good is a 30 day trial if it would cost $200+ to exchange it...

I have been an Insomniac for over 20 years, I am LOVING this new Sealy Hybrid ! My wife sleeps very soundly and is enjoying it also. Only question I have is how long will it stay like this ? I am expecting many years before it starts to "give in" (sags) appear. We shall see. Very nice work on designing and building this mattress Sealy Thank you.

We started our Sealy experience with the soft version of this mattress. However, we had to exchange it due to waking up with lower back pain every morning. We figured the medium version would help provide that additional support that we needed. We also purchased Sealy's standard box frames to go with the bed. We had the same mattress for 10 years prior before deciding to try Sealy. I never had any issues with back pain or being uncomfortable, but we wanted to upgrade to a king size bed and had the room with our new house. I've never so immensely regretted a purchase until this one. Every morning I wake up with a sore back and shoulders. I toss and turn all night, not even being able to sleep on my back because the bed is so unsupportive. For a medium bed, it feels like my butt sinks to the floor and my shoulders barely move. No proper support to be found. I have never hated a bed more before. If you are a back sleeper looking for a comfortable, supportive mattress, this is not it. I wish we had a way out from this mattress, but we already used our exchange thinking we would only be getting a more supportive bed. Instead all we got was lost sleep and some of the worst back and shoulder pain I've ever experienced. Stay away from this mattress.

I had a Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Medium for just about 6 years and started having pain in my hips and joints like elbows and ankles where they came into contact with the mattress. I decided my $3,600 + mattress was no longer cutting it and came across the Sealy Posturpedic Plus Hybrid while researching many beds. I've had the bed for almost 3 weeks and so far I am very pleased with the purchase! The mattress is very soft (in a good way) yet very supportive. You don't sink into it like a Tempurpedic yet you feel cradled and very comfortable. I actually look forward to going to bed now and just hope it remains comfortable for the long term. The mattress seems very well made and like a high quality product.

We bought the Sealy Posturpedic Silver Chill, firm. This mattress is so comfortable to sleep on whether you sleep on you back stomach or side. It doesn't move when one of us gets in or out of the bed, so we don't wake each other up. The mattress is designed to work with a box spring or adjustable base. We chose the box spring. It sat a little taller on our bed frame (which holds the box spring 1 foot off the floor) than we anticipated, but we weren't interested in an adjustable base. I would highly recommend this mattress. No more back ache or stiff joints in the morning.

My husband and I would wake up every morning with terrible back pain from our old mattress. We have had no aches or pains since sleeping on this gem of a mattress!!! We will be buying one for each of our children's bedrooms. They love relaxing and reading on our new bed!

So far, so good. I have been sleeping on this mattress for about a week and don't wake up with the hip, back and neck pain I had from my previous Spring Air pillow top coil mattress. I fall asleep right away and stay asleep all night. Hopefully that will continue and the real test will be during the hot summer months in AZ whether or not the mattress stays cool.

The bed in the show room was perfect, and we received our bed extremely firm and uncomfortable. I chose this bed because it helped with my pain while testing it out. Now I'm in the worst pain ever ever felt in my life. We spent nearly 3k on a king size and now there is nothing we can do about it. We don't have a lot of money and we are paying month to month for a bed that makes us miserable and in terrible pain. I've never been so sad about a purchase in my life, until now.... reading the reviews with similar experiences, I don't have any faith in the coming months that it will feel better. It feels so awful. Bought this at mattress land in visalia.
