Usually I'd pick a firm mattress. But this mattress was perfect. Not too firm and not too soft, it was just right. Me and my wife loved it. Only complaint is the price, but with the sleep we've been getting lately, it was worth the investment.

The mattress came with a horrible mildew smell that still hasn't dicipated after a month. The mattress took about 2 weeks to feel plush and the cooling effect doesn't seem to work. I'm still hot a night.

Have the mattress a couple of weeks so far very pleased. However the process of registering the warranty is much too tedious. The serial number should be located on your paperwork and the website should be able to upload quality pictures.

After having back surgery this mattress is a life saver. the adjustable base with the premium mattress has been a god send! I highly recommend if you have any kind of back issues or trouble sleeping

This mattress replaced a King Koil we had for about 10 years. Instant difference in the quality of sleep my husband and I both got. Comfortable, yet firm. Love the memory foam!

Overall, it is a good mattress for the price. Very little motion transfer. Even though we purchased the a model with the chill-tech feature, the mattress doesn't feel as as showroom, and still warms up quickly.

Definitely suggest this for couples who sleep in different ways. Whether you move around a lot at night or are easily awakened by any movement, this bed lets you sleep peacefully all night. Well worth the money!

It is very firm and extremely thick. Wish that they weren't as thick and heavy. Too tall to sit on the edge of the bed. Sleeps pretty comfortably so far.

We bought a Sealy Hybrid Kelburn mattress after spending a lot of time trying a variety of brands and types and firmness levels. For us this mattress was a great fit for both of us. We are looking forward to using it for many years.

The floor model of this mattress was so super soft. When this was delivered it was so firm as the day went on it softened up. I can tell it can only get better with a few nights sleep.
