[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has been such a great relief to me since I've received it. I am 6+ months pregnant and this has helped me immensely. It has helped with extra back pain and belly support. I've also been on some bedrest and it's such a comfortable and pleasant place to lay down. It's definitely a major upgrade from my previous mattress.

First send had major defect which someone at Sealy should have noticed . The gray cover was not tight and top corner was loose and the bottom corner had so much fabric that it stuck out about 2", forming a large point. Looked like a reject! The store promptly within 2 days, delivered a new mattress when inspected, looks OK. The mattress is very comfortable, but have only slept on it for 2 nights.

Nice mattress. It took a while for me to get accustomed to the mattress, but once I did, I realize that I'm sleeping better and I awake in the morning with less stiffness and body pain. I like the hybrid with both the innerspring coils and the gel foam top. I think it gives you the best of both bed technologies.

I spent quite a bit of time trying out different mattresses. I wanted something soft but yet firm, and this mattress definitely fit the bill. I like the Hybrid technology. I like the fact that the memory foam doesn't sink in all around you and grab you, but gently and slightly holds your form while providing support. Very good quality. Solid product.

We purchased this mattress to replace a squishy (another brand) mattress. What a big difference the firmness of this mattress makes with respect to comfortable sleeping. It also sleeps cool, a plus down here in Florida. The mattress's aesthetic design and its quality construction make it an excellent purchase. We are Sealy fans for the duration (at least my duration).

My husband and I were skeptical about a hybrid mattress with memory foam as we usually prefer the feel of an inner spring mattress however... when I laid on this bed in the store, I almost immediately fell asleep and I knew we had to give it a chance. SOOOO glad we did because we have never slept so soundly in our lives. I love that I can't feel him moving at night, it keeps us cool and is soft in all the right areas but supportive as well. Wonderful bed. We don't anticipate needing another bed ever again.

I've been struggling with them for the last 2 hours and counting! For starters when I call b/c I have questions on products, I am on hold for 30 minutes, so I put a call back number in and it takes another 20 minutes. Once someone does answer, I'm instantly transferred to the most apathetic sales rep I have ever encountered. All the while I used the chat support, which you may as well not waste your time b/c they do not know what they're doing nor have any impact to make any changes and then just kick you right back to the 30 minute hold time number. Quite annoying to say the least. When I finally reach a decision, no thanks to the team over at Sealy, the godforsaken promo codes wont work so I have to go back through the entire system yet again and am still awaiting a call back. What should've been a 1/2 hour, hour tops has dragged on.

Wanted to replace our master bedroom mattress that's over 10 years old. Looked into several queen mattress ranging from $1,000 to $3,500. My wife and I felt the Kelburn II was the best mattress we had shopped for. It was rated well and it supports both my wife's preference, who wants a cushion feel, and mine, with a firmer mattress.

It is soooo comfortable. We bought the hybrid chill mattress in FIRM. Normally I would think firm would be hard but because of the coils + gel it feels supportive yet soft. Highly recommend this bed. I bought 2 of them. One for my husband and I and one for our spoiled rotten guests for our guest room

The Hybrid Silver Chill is a great mattress. We had trouble deciding between innerspring and foam. This solved the problem. It really adresses the best of both styles. Foam beds aren't comfortable to sit on the edges of. When sleeping, you sink into the foam and they get too hot. The dual cooling foam top layers on the hybrid work very well. We aren't sleeping hot! With the hybrid bed we are able to get the foam bed benefits with the of sleeping on top of the innerspring mattress feeling. The only issue we don't love is that we ordered the plush version, and it does seem quite a bit more firm than when we tested it in the store. It will break in soon.
