The mattress I laid on at the show room was wonderful. Just the right amount of cushion and firmness. Perfect for my aching back. The mattress they delivered to me is like a rock. I have complained to the store two times to no avail. They told me that I need to break this mattress in. It's ridiculous. I paid big money for this and my back hurts worse now than it did on my old mattress which was 20 years old.

I purchase a Sealy Posturepedic Norman Medium. My entire life I always had a Sealy mattress, my mom raised us with Sealy mattress. I had my old Sealy Posturepedic platinum plus for 11 years, it was a flip able mattress. When I save up some money to purchase a new one, of course it would be Sealy, never had a issue until now. I had to purchase a hybrid because flip able mattress is no longer being made. I did my research because Hybrid mattress are new to me. We went to the mattress experts (Mattress Firm) at least I thought. My fiancé and I went to look for a mattress and we layed on it as we were told by the sealer so see how it felt. Well we both are between 230-250 pounds and the sealer could see this. We ask what would be best for us and we was told the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid. It's the worst Sealy I've ever had, it is not motion isolation, every time he moves I feel it and when he gets in the bed it sinks on his side and rises on my side. I am still paying on this mattress and cannot afford to purchase another one. I have awaking everyday after two weeks of sleeping on this mattress with my side and back hurting, I'm a side sleeper, he's a back sleeper and has the same problem. We was told this is the mattress with need for our sleeping position. What we really need is a refund or direction to the proper mattress for our sleep position and size.

We were reluctant to keep the mattress after the first night, because we were so use to our old mattress, but after the second night we were pretty happy with it. The only complaint is it seems to conform to your shape and can form a bit of a form to you, which can be annoying. We have to flip it around frequently to keep it from staying in one form.

I would buy mattress again, just not where I bought it. Was I total nightmare! Purchased at beginning of month took two weeks and two deliveries for bed alone, and I am still waiting on rest. Terrible customer service they don't know the phrase much less the meaning

I use it to sleep on and to relax and watch television comfortably. It helps relieve my pain so I can relax and be comfortable. Feels like I am sleeping on a cloud like it is a full body pillow. I actually wake up feeling rested and In less pain and not as stiff. This bed replaced a 40 year old bed that I thought was comfortable until I laid down on this one.

We had an old mattress and when we replaced it w/ this one we realized we should have a long time ago.. my husband was used to "sinking" in the mattress so it took some adjusting to how sleeping on a good mattress os supposed to be! We love our mattress

Our old mattress seemed to be causing us to have back aches, and we were told to consider a new mattress. We researched and reviewed the various mattress available, but came to the decision to purchase the Sealy Hybrid Kelburn II Firm mattress. Amazing as it may seem, after the first night of sleeping on our new mattress the back ache seemed to lessen and continues to decrease as the nights go by - less and less pain every night. It appears to be doing what it was advertised to do. Seems we made the right move.

We had a Sealy firm mattress purchased in 2009. It began to show signs of age in the past few months so we contacted a supplier and asked for a new one of the same or better quality. This one arrived 3 days ago and we're enjoying the new Premium Firm Hybrid.

I love memory foam, my husband prefers innerspring coils so when it came time for a new mattress we compromised with the Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill Plush and it's amazing! Best mattress we've ever had. It's not hot and now that we upgraded from a queen to a king, there's plenty of room for our three dogs. It's refreshing to open wake up without pain. For all of those who don't like memory foam (like my husband), the hybrid is the best of both worlds and my husband loves it.

This is the only new mattress where I had a comfortable sleep the first night of use! Hybrid Silver Chill Plush Tight Top highly recommended. Previous bed was a Tempur -Pedic that had served me well for over 17 years and every bit as comfortable. I was also able to use my existing adjustable bed base so that was an additional plus!
