Just got mattress and the thing is great for me. The cool feel did feel different in the store. Maybe because of the sheets

Seems much firmer than the floor model. Had and loved memory foam and hoping the hybrid proves same comfort.

Tried several mattresses before finding this one. This is the mattress we will keep and enjoy the next several years on.

I love that this mattress is firm but has the "tight" pillow top, giving it just the right amount of cushion without loosing the support.

This Hybrid is AMAZING!! We have a firm, but with the memory foam topper, it almost feel plush at times. The mix of foam/pillow/spring sets it off!!

Really no complaints about this bed. Feel it gives me the support I need in my back. Chill affect keeps me cool.
