Firm pillow top is the way to go! Have some spine issues and since buying the bed they haven't bothered me! I love the feel of the pillow top and firm support.

I love this mattress and the frame to raise upper part and feet. I have kidney disease and can't lay flat due to fluid going to chest. My body feels good with this mattress and finally a good nights sleep.

This is nice and comfy for a side sleeper, but we experienced a strong off gassing odor for 2-3 days and can still smell it when we lay in bed now 3 weeks later. If we'd known it was going to be so stinky we likely would have chosen something else.
