When looking for a mattress we struggled with the comfort vs price. Being that we both like medium firm (he likes more firm and me a bit softer), we settled between this matress and the Serta iseries. Though the Serta was a few hundred dollars cheaper, we both agreed that we loved the feel of this mattress more and the reviews were more positive for this. To address two of the most common negative reviews on this bed.. #1 being the smell. Yes, it does give off a slight odor, however, this will happen with absolutely any mattress and it isn't harmful (to my knowledge) to your health. We aired it out for a day and made sure to try and break it in with our knees and elbows (helps break up any odor bubbles possibly in the mattress). A week later I can still faintly smell the odor when you take off the mattress protector and sheets. So if you are sensitive to this, this is something to consider. Secondly, some reviews complained about the firmness of the mattress. We were told that all new mattresses will be more firm than what you try in stores (obviously broken in). However, we both feel that the mattress feels EXACTLY like it did in the store. It conforms so well to your body and helps you really stay in line. This made us happy since the floor model had been there since the mattress came out in the store, so we think this will definitely last long. My only con to this mattress is the "chill" aspect. I would not consider this bed to be chill or help with hot sleepers due to the fact that the sheets block any cooling powers it may have. That being said this was not a major reason we purchased the mattress so it still gets 5 stars for us! Hope this helps!

The mattress is comfortable. It seems well made manufactured, coupled with the adjustable base my sleep experience was good. The only thing that i did not like was the extremely distinctive odor which apparently is taking longer to dissipate than expected.

Have been sleeping on the Hybrid Premium silver chill firm tight top now for over a week. It's not only comfortable, I am actually sleeping throughout the night without tossing and turning AND sleeping cool. Even if/when I wake up in the middle of the night, instead of tossing and turning for up to 3 hours nightly, I roll over and fall asleep within a short amount of time. This firm mattress is not too firm, but gives enough to be very, very comfortable!

After sleeping on a 10yr mattress, it was time to upgrade. Living in Texas, keeping cool is a must. Went to my local mattress dealer and they pointed me to this mattress. I was hesitant at first, due to the price, but do not let that deter you. This is an amazing bed. I didn't want to dive into a full memory foam mattress either. This mattress has the best of both worlds. I prefer firm beds, but there's is a plush model as well.

I never liked memory foam type mattresses because they are too hard and it's slow to conform. I move in my sleep a good bit so I needed something more responsive and softer. This is the perfect mattress! Plus, it has a cooling effect which was the cherry on top! Love this mattress!

My husband and I previously had a queen sleep number bed that was about 12 years old and for the past 9 that we've been together I've hate it. He finally broke and decided we should update to a king with the kids joining us some nights. We were hesitant to spend the money on a bed since we just sleep on it. Well let's say it was WORTH every penny. We both have never slept so well. The first 3 nights we had it our backs bothered us worse than on our old bed, but once ours body's got use to a new bed we love it.

It took a few nights to adjust, but its made a huge difference in my sleep. I feel more rested. My fitbit it showing higher sleep scores than it used to and my back pain is way less than it used to be. Super glad to have this in my life now, its made all the difference!

Purchased the SilverChill Hybrid plush king size mattress. My husband and I both sleep very hot so wanted the "cool" mattress. It definitely keeps us cool. Touching the mattress you can feel the cold. Its also very very comfortable! You just snuggle in and sleep!

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our bed. We purchased mattress from a competitor about 7 years ago and we were never pleased with it. For many years, we've dealt with lack of sleep due to our comfort level so we decided to upgrade. We are so pleased with our mattress.

I love this mattress because of how well it has broken in with my body shape. All the complex technology it has does what it's designed to do. I recommend it to anyone who prefers a plush over firm sleeping experience but also wants to have good back support.
