[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery occurred ONE Month After funds cleared my account! Daily calls for 3 weeks resulted in brush offs and excuses with no comment. Now we've been sleeping on the mattress for 5 nights and aren't impressed. Why do we have to have foam layers on top of springs.

Horrible timing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would recommend this product. Mattress is soft, but not too soft. Has drastically helped my back pain. The delivery process was seamless (they even picked up the old mattress/frame). Mattress smells for a week or so but eventually airs out. I'll be a lifetime customer.
