[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to love this mattress and have been giving it some time to break in. It's been a month and the mattress is okay, not the worst but definitely not worth the money. I am going to return this item. I would probably never buy Sealy again customer service is probably the worst in the industry. I ordered sheets and pillows with my mattress. These were never delivered Sealy refuses to refund. Also when my mattress was delivered the employees broke a wood stair molding and I am still waiting and fighting with Sealy on this issue. I had to pay out of pocket to repair this. I've sent Sealy the receipts and it's been 4 weeks and same old story the check is in the mail. Do not buy a mattress from Sealy they are horrible.

Bad taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the ordering to the delivery it's all gone very well. Almost 2 weeks and still loving the mattress. I'm a big guy so we'll see how long it lasts. My last Sealy mattress was collapsed in less than a year. Probably should have tried to claim warranty, but it was a cheaper Cosco purchase.
