There is firm and then there is hard as a rock. I've never purchased a mattress where I almost instantly regretted the decision until this one, it feels lumpy. and almost like I feel the individual springs poking through. I regret giving up my old mattress for this one, as it was more comfortable! Less than a year out we are looking for a new mattress! At these prices that is ridiculous.
