Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Tight Top Mattress (Available in Medium and Ultra Firm)

I was trying to find the right mattress and had tried a few without much success. This is by far the best mattress I’ve ever owned.

Perfect Bed

By far the absolute worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I ordered a Lux Estate PT Firm, based upon other reviews and the Stearns & Foster telephone sales reps recommendation. Everyone was saying that "even though it's designated "Firm-It's more like a medium". Well that couldn't be further from the truth. It is as hard as a rock. I've been trying to initiate a return/exchange for almost a month, and have gotten nothing but grief. The returns dept tells you one thing, the sales dept tells you another. I've after dozens of calls, and at least 12 hrs total spent communicating with reps from both departments. I still have not gotten any resolution. Meanwhile, my back is broken from sleeping on this slab of rock they call a bed. I couldn't be more miserable. NEVER AGAIN! Next step will be to call Wells Fargo and dispute the transaction.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The investment in mattress was a lot for us,but i found that Stearns and Foster was hand made in America. This mattress is so comfortable I fall asleep so fast and I wake up pain free. No hip or shoulder pain. Love my new bed. So glad we made the investment.
