I have been searching for a reasonably priced filing cabinet for months now and I stumbled upon this one. The delivery went smoothly in that FedEx left it by my porch steps and it arrived quite quickly, before the estimated delivery date. I had trouble getting it up my front steps since it was quite heavy but I did it using a dolly for the porch steps and the 2 steps going downstairs. The item was packaged very well and there were little dents on one side of the cabinet but who knows I could have done that while trying to move it up my concrete steps. No one will see the dents. The drawers glide smoothly and it comes with 2 keys in case you want to keep the cabinet locked. I used letter sized hanging folders and they fit perfectly. I store this in a closet in my office room and so far I really like this cabinet it was much better than using stackable crates which made it very difficult to file my h house paperwork.

This is a REALLY nice, top quality filing cabinet! The drawers run smoothly, comes with locks so you can lock the drawers for security reasons if necessary. Holds a lot of files!! It was well packed...no dents or dings. It had plenty of styrofoam cushion to protect it and it arrived a day earlier than expected. Really good quality. I would buy again and recommend!!

Ordering this on line was very easy. Received a confirmation e-mail immediately after checking out. They gave me an approximate delivery time. This item arrived a few days before it was suppose to arrive. It was packed good and was in perfect condition when I took the packing off of it. It is built really good and does the job I needed it to do. I am very happy with this purchase and the complete process from the day I ordered it until the day it arrived and set it up for my use. The next item I need I will order from these folks. Overall a wonderful experience. I give the an A+.

I searched and wanted to find a good filing cabinet at a decent price. I was very happy when I saw this for $160 (it went up $25 the following week). It is well worth the money even with the increase! I was concerned with the reviews that it would come damaged but it was perfect. It is packaged well and I think that with any large shipment there is a chance of damage. I am so very happy I took that chance. I would recommend this cabinet. I also purchased a caddy with wheels (about $30) so it could easily be moved and wouldn't be directly on my basement floor.

It was received quite quickly and was very well packaged. No dings or damage of any kind. The new stops for holding the files forward seem like a cheep change from the old style but they work and the drawer is not a full extension but it is very close to it. Much better than some.

Arrived with a dent in the side. Drawers seem to clear the dent so I won't return. The construction is of thin metal but okay for my occasional use. Don't think I would recommend this item though from searches it seems like all the file cabinets are pretty flimsy and often arrive with damage.

The file cabinet arrived damaged. Had to contact company and send pictures. Finally, received another one. The packaging on the second one was much better and was not damaged since the outside of the box was also protected! I love the file cabinet!

I don't know what's going on here, but this item is either USED or was badly treated in shipping. For $180, I expect a new item to be NEW. Of course, WalMart has no option for contacting the seller. No option to report shipping damage. From now on, I will not be getting anything from WalMart.com. Of course if you want to buy brand new stuff that arrived all dented and scratched, and if you want to pay top dollar for it, then this cheap piece of junk is for you!
