I walk our two dogs daily averaging probably 10-12 miles per week, mainly on neighborhood streets. Lots of elevation changes as we're in a faily hilly area, and the tread wears out quickly. The centers near the balls of my feet wear flat in about 2-1/2 weeks, and it spreads across the tread within another two weeks. I do continue to wear them for a few weeks but they get slippery on gravel or dirt hills around the neighborhood. The rest of the shoe holds up well, but 5-6 weeks of wear makes these expensive over the course of a year.
