just bought the mattress. great night! a nice touch from the delivery man would be: the SN is at the head of the mattress. copy BEFORE you make up the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement of a memory foam mattress that was ending its lifespan. While this mattress is firm, you have a nice give with the inner springs. You can also see the quality in this.

Comfortable with quality workmanship

I was so excited for this bed to arrive. We have spent the last few years buying those boxed beds that you have to unroll and allow it to fluff up. We decided to spurge a little and purchased the King with the foundation. It arrived on time and delivery was fine. I am giving it one star because less than 30 days in, my husband and I are each sleeping in the "hole" we've each made. I didn't have this problem with any of the boxed up beds for at least a year. I had high expectations and I guess that's my fault.  It felt great at first and I was hoping we made a great purchase. I checked and the bed is not eligible for return. I didn't want to be that person to give it a terrible review, but here I am.
