The product came in good condition but after a year a certain section started sinking in and now there is a divot in the mattress that is pretty noticeable especially when laying in the bed.

Very happy with my purchase, this bed is so comfortable! I was apprehensive buying a mattress online but after reading many, many reviews, I decided to go for it; I am glad I did!

My mattress is used to relax on and watch tv. I sleep about 8 hours a day on it. I enjoy lounging on the bed and watch tv. But after sleeping on it for several hours I wake up with body pains. The retail price was about $650.00. I have slept on my bed for about 4 months and I wake up uncomfortable. Maybe I needed to spend more money on a different mattress not sure. I have not had a chance to call customer service but know that I have more time I will try call customer services and see what they recommend. The price was reasonable for my budget so I use extra pillows to support my back and a plus is that sealy is offering me a free pillow for the review!

Soft and supportive, there is an even balance all around the mattress. No sagging I the middle! I have not bought a new mattress in over 20 years, and I was worried I would not be able to find one as comfortable as my existing bed. But I knew it was time (way past time, actually!). So I did my homework -- researched mattresses on Consumer Reports.com; read reviews on retailer sites, etc. Then I took a deep breath and purchased a trusted name -- Sealy Posturepedic. This product is everything I hoped for and more! It is pretty! It is firm, the way I like my mattresses. I have been sleeping on it for over a week and it is SO comfortable. When I turn over in bed, it is easier to do so -- which tells me I did the right thing in finally making this purchase. I will definitely recommend this mattress to others!

It's not super firm but enough where my back isn't in as much pain as before with the plushy memory foam mattress I had. It's very soft and breathable and with me being overweight, I needed something that would help me not get so hot at night. Any of those conforming ones always left me in pain. This one is perfect width to fit almost every sheet set and is not too thin where I feel like I'm not sleeping on anything. I'm super happy with this bed and feel my sleeping habit already changing even after such short term usage. I'd recommend for people who like firm but also like soft and plushy!

This mattress gave support yet comfort at the same time. I did not wake up with a sore back like I normally do. I always assumed that a firm or semi-firm would be too "rough" on me, but that wasn't the case whatsoever. I am truly happy with the quality of this mattress.

It's a thicker and sturdy mattress and may not require a box spring. I'm skeptical of mattresses but it has really helped my back and neck area. I'm no longer waking up with any pain or stiffness. And, I can only attribute that to this new mattress. I haven't experienced any dipping from lying in the same spot. It's a really good mattress and a great fit especially for my back issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sealy Posturepedic Spring Tight Top Firm II mattress replaced a previous Sealy Posturepedic firm mattress model for me. My first impression was that it was noticeably slimmer than the previous model (4 years old). The first few days, the mattress was really stiff so I had some initial concerns about the comfort level but after about a week of breaking it in, it was just the right level of firmness. I have a bad back and sleep issues so investing in a high quality firm mattress is really important to both my physical health and my quality of sleep. I have been sleeping on this mattress now for just over 6 weeks and have noticed a difference in both. I've had less back spasms and am able to sleep through the night more often than on my previous mattress. Although I received this mattress in exchange for my review, it is definitely something that I would invest in and recommend to friends and family.
