I don't like soft mattresses so I always buy the firm option. This is a great mattress, other brands say firm but it's still really soft. Sealy says firm and it's firm, great support and feel.

It is firm, it is comfortable and stylish looking. To register the product was unnecessary frustration. The registration design is not user friendly at all and needs to be updated and clarified.

Mattress came and is was fairly easy to get around my house even with somewhat tight hallways. Mattress has a soft top yet is firm enough to provide support. Overall very pleased with my product.

This mattress is exactly what I needed. It's the perfect firmness and I'm sleeping deeper and longer than I have in a long time. I would definitely reccommend.

I went drastically from a 20 year old Sealy pillow-top to the Sealy Response Performance Gray Cove and noticed a big difference. We love the firmness of the mattress.
