On top of no gift card like others have stated, it was shipped busted. Sams club box was pristine. They shipped it out like that. At least the return process was easy. Begs the question, where everyones PSN credit? Considering the bang up job they did shipping it, I have a hunch where theyre going.

I am very happy with this Backbone mobile game controller. Before I bought it I just assumed it only worked for mobile games, but you can literally play any game on Xbox or PlayStation online or story mode against others playing on their Xbox or PlayStation. Worth every penny. Only downfall is I can’t seem to fit my iPhone 16 pro max in it with a case on. I know they had remodeled it to fit the 15 promax with a case, but I think this 16 is slightly bigger, so I have to remove my case anytime I want to use it which is annoying but not such a big deal.

First off it dose come with a gift card but you have to finish registation of the product. I contacted backbone and got it within a day. Make sure you pull off the magnetic holder if you have a case on your phone. [Will not work with pop sockets] also may not work with large cases. It fits my phone great i love being able to play my ps5 remotly. [If you have problems with it lagging or being glitchy its your internet connection not the backbone. It can be a little small for anyone with large hands. I would reccomend this for anyone who likes to pick up play a little well worth it.

You get what ypu pay for so if you habe a connection with WiFi you set or hotspot!!! Because I bought it for him to use away from home...however without those connections.. Its not happening compared to fgameboy or other portable gaming device

The system has trouble launching ps remote and doesnt come with the ps gift card.

Don’t recommend highly disappointed.
