It comes in a little tub so you basically dip your finger to apply the product. I can imagine you can also use a mini spatula if you wanted to. In terms of scent , I didn't notice any. Product is like a white watery cream almost jelly. It is definitely easy to use. It is super hydrating and refreshing and almost always feels cold on application which I love. Spreads easy, absorbs well. My skin is not as mature but I did notice some smoothing. I can imagine that with longer term use it will definitely renew my eyes and reduce the wrinkles.
