The caps are on so tight I can’t get them open without using a knife and prying the cap off

I got this to eliminate the sugar and carbs in my smoothie. These taste great and use Stevia as their sweetener.

Very good and keeps me hydrated I wish it would have had more flavors to choose from. I like that it has no sugar
