They have an orange flavor and help with a cough, a runny nose, sneezing, fever, and bodyaches, and a sore throat. They are very quick and easy to take while still providing health benefits! 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So… it WORKS! Why did I spend 30 years without trying Alka-seltzer? I got this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I like that you don’t need water to take it, since I never liked that I needed a water bottle to take the regular Alka-seltzer, I started with flu symptoms and right away I took it, the flavor it’s not bad. The next day I did not have any symptoms. So try it! I really liked this one

As a pharmacist, I love the resurfacing of chlorpheniramine to dry up sinuses. Tylenol is always helpful. Would’ve left off the DM portion (buyers beware if you didn’t know it was in here) but overall good product.

This helps so much if you start getting the sniffles, and I love that it’s in a chewable tablet form instead of the drink. Makes it so much easier and faster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New for alka seltzer with zero tummy relieving medicine and only cold/flu. This is not useful to take during the day as the antihistamine in it will make you very drowsy. Antihistamine's also do very little for a cold. DMX is also the main ingredient in Robitussin that you can get high off of, so I personally try to avoid it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This reminded me of when I was a kid and had the chewable aspirin. It was very sweet but still had the medicine taste that was faintly there. I would much rather just swallow a pill than chew this. The packaging was nice though. Easy to open.

The taste kind of reminds me of children's cough medicine and I like that you can just chew them and don't have to dissolve them in water. I felt symptom relief pretty quickly and am happy with the product.

My husband started to not feel well and since he works long hours he grabbed on of these for on the go and he said it worked like a charm. He felt relief within 20 minutes and just felt his symptoms go down. He was very happy and so was I.

I love that no water is needed. These would be perfect to have in your purse, lunch box or baby bag for when you need meds on the go. I was a little skeptical about how it would taste but it wasn’t bad at all.
