It does NOT digitally upgrade ANYTHING from ANY app or channel. Furthermore, the picture quality is awful and if there are any bright lights in any show or movie you are watching all you will see is a bright blue hue, spot and it will beed into the screen. I WILL NEVER buy another Samsung TV again!!!

The colors are great however the black is a dark and takes getting use to for watching a movie last night was difficult. If again we find it hard, we might have to switch to a different LED. The sound is great.

Bought this as an upgrade to my 55" 2016 4K UHD 6 Series 6300 that is an amazing TV. Love the picture quality, however it loses a star from this rating specifically because I absolutely HATE how the Smart Hub is set up on it. I liked the style on my 6 series, I don't want to look at all this extra crap and now navigating through connected devices and my apps is unnecessarily complicated. You ruined a good thing, really disappointed.
