It does well in every setting. It's an all around amazing television. One of the best purchases I have made in a long while. We are a family of 10 and its superb for movie nights.

I mostly use it for my games (Xbox series x) while my parents and siblings use it to watch things like Youtube. I love how the quality of the video is great and smooth. I also love how it supports some apps like Tennis TV which allows me to stream tennis on Tennis. Features that allows me controll tv with my phone and share my screen really makes me love this tv. The only thing that i am well satisfied with is that it doesn't do commands on menu screen fast enough, sometimes there is avout 1 sec. delays.

It was time to upgrade my tv in my bedroom as it had started to get glitchy and just not work as well as before. I have a Samsung in my living room and knew when it was time to get a new tv for my room, that I would be continuing on with another Samsung. The quality of a Samsung exceeds most if not all for me and this 50” Class Q80C QLED 4K Smart TV is no different. The picture quality is so clear and detailed. The set up was quick and easy. I decided to hang on my wall. But it does come with a very sturdy base if wanting to set on an entertainment center. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and will be a Samsung customer for a long time.

Bought this in early Feb2024. The TV has a delayed start up problem. It takes 5 minutes for the Verizon cable box to recognize the tv. Once on, picture is great. Replaced the cable box, remote, HDMI wire and reset settings. Looks like a problem with the tv. Samsung technical service is absolutely worthless.

This is first time owning a QLED, but it’ll be the new standard in our household going forward. I love how thin the boarders are, and the TV itself has a thin and lightweight profile. This makes it easy to mount and move around. The back light shows no signs of preliminary bleeding. I’m very happy with this purchase.
