I've been using this moisturizerfor years now, and it leaves my skins feeling hydrated all day long. I use it during the day and mix it with some spf when im going out.

Hydro Boost Water Gel absorbs into skin easily, has no scent, and hydrates well. Makeup goes on easily over Hydro Boost. I liked the product enough to purchase a second jar and plan to continue using Hydro Boost morning and evening.

Excellent product for moisture in the face. I also use it as a makeup primer. The scent is so clean and feels so good on the face. I still use my Neutrogena moisturizer first, and then this product on top of it. I would highly recommend

I used this few years ago and liked it during winter time. So bought it again, but doesn't seem good now, dries up fast, not hydrating, and even smells bad...

This water gel is light — it goes on smooth and absorbs very quickly, leaving no stickiness. It hydrates my skin comfortably without clogging my pores. And that's exactly what I wanted it to do!

Love it. Nothing on the container or packaging indicated where it was made. I contacted Neutrogena Customer Service and they indicated it was made in either the U.S. or Canada - great news!
