I have an oily skin type and have dry patches of skin on my chin and on the sides of my nose. I usually skip on moisturizers because from previous experiences, my skin just becomes more oily than usual. With the Neutrogena #HydroBoost made my skin feel soft and smooth without making it oilier. I can use this every night without having to worry about waking up with an oily skin. I like how it healed the dry patches around my nose and chin and I like how fast its effect is. It's neither oily nor greasy and it absorbs quickly.

I have always been a huge Neutrogena fan! I don't think I've ever tried one of their products and not loved it. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel is another awesome product that I'm not going to be able to live without. This moisturizer is just perfection. First of all, it feels fantastic going on. It's cool and refreshing and light. It doesn't feel greasy, or leave a sheen. And best of all, it leaves my skin soft and supple. This is my favorite moisturizer for the summertime! It's light weight, absorbs quickly, and is great for layering under sunscreen and makeup! I will say it's not quite moisturizing enough for me in the winter months when my skin is very dry and requires a thicker cream moisturizer. But I love it for summertime when I need something lighter. It's not sticky on the skin and the gel consistency is amazing, it feels very cooling and refreshing on the skin. I look forward to using it every morning!

Works just as well on my sensitive skin as more expensive brands, and is easily available almost everywhere. I love this as a very basic, simple, everyday moisturizer, to go on top of a serum that's doing the heavy-lifting in terms of anti-ageing etc.

My favorite moisturizer! I've been using this for years. I love how light it is on my skin and not at all greasy of heavy feeling. I have oily skin so gel moisturizers are my fav. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a decent product for someone who is maybe new to skin care. For me, I would not choose to have this replace my usual moisturizer. I didn't like the feel of water gel, I prefer cream. Though the gel did spread easily, it felt like it left sticky behind. The scent also was too strong to have on my face. This product would be better suited for someone who's trying to get a quick relief and needs it to dry fast.

It sinks into to skin fast. I like a thicker moisturizer for night time but this is good for my morning routine.

This moisturizer is really hydrating and perfect for oily skin since it's water based. It's less thick than the regular moisturizer and has a cooling feeling when you put it on. I would recommend this to those who have normal to oily skin and still want to protect that skin barrier.
