This product is supremely moisturizing for my postpartum, very dry, winter season skin. It does not leave any stickiness or icky residue, and absorbs well into my skin. The hydration effects are long-lasting, and my skin Feels softer immediately after using it. I'm looking forward to purchasing this when I run out, and continuing to use it! After double cleansing, I apply the cream, and then I use my usual retinol cream. This gel is deeply hydrating and lasts until the morning. Overall, I love this gel and will repurchase it when I run out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturizer has been great for me as an oily skin girl. It's light weight, my skin feels like it can breathe when I use it, doesn't leave any film or residue and biggest pro is it doesn't make my face even more oily as most other moisturizers seem to do. Only thing to note is that I don't think it would make a good night time moisturizer in the winter, but other wise it is great.

I received this product as part of influenster but all opinions are my own. I'd been wanting to try this moisturizer since I saw an ad for it in a magazine. The moisturizer is uber-hydrating without being greasy. Heads up though it did make my skin burn the first few times but I didn't notice it after those initial uses.

i used this product as well as the hydro boost gel cream for my dry skin when i was on accutane and it really helped. my skin was so dehydrated, dry, flaky and tight and this product provided lots of relief. highly recommend! the gel cream is definitely thicker, but they're both good for dry skin

I'm a member of the Crowdtap Neutrogena® rewards program, and Neutrogena® sent me a sample of its Hydro Boost Water Gel to review.” I loved how it felt when I used it and how it held up through out the day.. My only issue with it was in a larger jar, I think it is way too small. It smells amazing, it is light weight and goes on smooth.

The Hydro boost gel smells amazing. The water gel gives hints of ocean vibes and the light blue gel is an incredible texture. The feel of this gel is light and hydrating. It doesn't leave any residue that's sticky or wet. It does leave your skin looking like you have no dry skin. I loved it so much that I went and got the body gel for my arms and legs.

I recently switched over to Neutrogena Hydro Boost a few weeks ago to replace my existing moisturizer in my routine. I heard great things about it and as someone with oily skin, finding a lightweight moisturizer that leaves my skin soft and hydrated without feeling sticky or overly greasy is hard to come by. Even with previous moisturizers made for oily skin, I never found one I was satisfied with. Enter Hydro Boost water gel. This moisturizer has changed my life. It feels cool on the skin, and has an easily spreadable coverage. A little goes a long way with this moisturizer; I tend to tap my fingertips to the pot and dab the cream on the main areas of my face, then spread it all around and it glides super easily. It has a faint smell but isn't overpowering at all, I find it soothing. I also love how my skin is left with a satin smooth feel after using. I definitely think I'll repurchase when I eventually run out, it's that good!

My face has the combination skin, which can be impossible to find the right product for your face that won't leave you oily. I wasn't sure it was going to work on my skin because of how light the texture of the cream was and how fast my skin absorbed the cream but after using it for a couple of weeks, it is amazing! I really enjoy how it hydrates my skin and makes my face feel refreshing. This water gel has been able to not only hydrate my dry skin but also calm the areas of my T-zone that would always be red. It also balances out the production of oil that my face usually makes. I no longer have to worry about that, so I am really happy to know I found the right one!

I was very hesitant about trying this for so long but I finally gave in and it's my new favorite moisturizer! I have very oily skin so I was worried about it being too moisturizing but it's actually helped maintain any oil on my face! It is so thin and makes me skin feel so soft. Highly recommend.
