I'm giving it 4 stars because I am not a fan of having dyes and fragrances in my facial products. BUT if you don't mind fragrances, this one smells very nice and it's not over powering.

It has a gel consistency, which is nice for the summer since it feels cooling. Unfortunately the fragrance is extremely strong, and usually that doesn't bother me, but in this case it's just very overpowering.

It has a aloe gel like consistency absorbs pretty quick and leaves a lasting hydrated feeling for hours without being greasy or sticky. The color of these packages on the hydro boost line is a very pretty summer pool blue.

The quality of the packaging and product are what I believe to be higher quality than most other luxury brands.

I've used it before and can confidently say that while it may be a "new look" it's the same great product (although to be honest, it looks the same as what I remember haha).
