[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like my heading states, the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop Queen Mattress is the BEST mattress I've ever owned and slept on. I'm a single mom and my budget for mattresses isn't very much and I'm used to sleeping on mattresses that go flat in a matter of months. That being said, every single night of sleeping on this Stearns & Foster feels like the first and it's been weeks! I'm not a tiny woman, I'm tall and pushing 200lbs. I haven't been making a dent in my new mattress and that makes me so happy! It's not only pretty with the designs, the pillowtop part is super soft and it's honestly the best mattress I've ever slept on!

My back, hips and neck felt so supported, I don't have any more stiffness when I wake up. I have been feeling more rested and relaxed than I have in a long time. I absolutely love this mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I went from a king size bed to this queen size bed so we had to get used to sleeping that close to each other again, but after we got used to that I slept SO GOOD. I feel like the mattress adjust to my body perfectly giving me amazing support no matter which way I laid. The plush pillow top makes me feel like I am laying on a marshmallow cloud, it is so soft, but the mid firm layer under helped keep me from feeling like I was sinking down to far.

Do not buy from this company Stearns and foster , they do not treat customers with dignity, I bought the foundation and a day later I called and said that I would like to return it because the bed I am going to buy will not need foundation, they said that they do not accept returns even a day after purchase and still in the plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever had. It's soft yet firm that you don't sink into the mattress. I love the dark blue color of it and the designs. You don't feel any coils. It's extremely thick that if you have a newer bed you dont have to have a box springs under it.

The mattress is firm and supportive for your body, but the pillowtop adds a comfy layer so when you climb into bed you are surrounded with comfort. I will say this mattress is very thick and heavy. It's a bit hard to change the sheets because it's so heavy to lift and tuck the sheet under. We are using it on a platform bed so there is no need for a box spring. My son owned a Cassette Luxery Ultra Plush which was no longer offered so when I called Stearns & Foster they advised me to buy the Lux Estate Pillowtop Soft. The customer service representive told me to try and find a store that carried that mattress before finalizing my order and to try it out. I found the mattress and brought my son along to see if it was comparable to his mattress and we both agreed that it was. I paid for my order and was so excited to receive it. I placed the order in mid June and it was delivered on July 3'd. The first thing that I noticed was that the mattress had a Sealy tag attached to it and I even questioned the guys who delivered it but they were unable to answer my questions. I knew that I ordered it from Stearns & Foster and they take pride on making your mattress so they say. The next thing I did was to lay on the mattress and I knew immediately that it wasn't the same that I laid on in the store. I called customer service several times and they advised me to walk on the mattress to make it softer. The next time they told me that my mattress was firm because of the temperture in my house. In the end they told me to try a featherbed to break it in and when that didn't work I bought a three inch gel mattress topper. After poor customer service I'm stuck with a mattress that cost a lot and is poor quality. My message to anyone who is considering on buying this mattress is just don't waste your money! I had a problem and customer service hung up on me several times before getting someone to help me. Because of them and their advice I have a firm mattress that I'm highly dissatisified with. I saved up to buy a mattress like my son had because I have pemanent muscle spasms but I feel like I'm laying on a brick pile. I'm using the gel topper so I can at least tolerate it. It's by far the most expensive mistake that I have ever made!!

I bought the Estate Rockwell 14.5" luxury plush, Queen, prime only two years ago. For the last six months I have been waking up with neck and back pain. I realized it's because the mattress is sagging in the middle. I'm the only one that ever sleeps in the bed and I only weigh about 140 lbs. Thank goodness there is 10-year warranty. But now I have to go through the hassle of getting a credit and coming up with the difference! I purchased this because it was recommended highly by friends. I'm very disappointed.

First, I am one to never change something I like and am comfortable with. I've had my current mattress now for 7 years and I love it and it's the best. Or so I thought before I tried the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Soft Pillowtop mattress. This mattress is everything I could want. Let's start with its appearance. I got the Queen mattress and the color is Dark blue with 3 gray fleur de lis on it. Almost didn't want to put sheets over it with how regal it looks. It's a thick/deep mattress at about 16 inches with handles on the side to move easier. It also has a pillowtop which is a nice touch. It's smooth and silky to the touch and great quality stitching. It is a firm mattress, but with the soft pillowtop it feels really comfortable. Not so much that you sink in, but definitely enough to be enjoyable. It's not bouncy like coil mattresses and not stiff like the firm foam mattresses. As GoldiLocks would say, "it's just right". I slept on this mattress for 7 days. With this mattress I wake up feeling actually refreshed. I haven't slept a full night in I don't even know how long. Limited tossing and turning as well. Seemed to feel and stay cooler than my old mattress too. On my old mattress I had shoulder pain when I woke up. Now I'm not going to say it's gone, but 75% better for sure. My rating for the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Soft Pillowtop mattress is an easy 10/10. Amazing product! I've already raves about it to my friends and family. My Dad is coming this weekend to try it out too. Saying goodbye to my old foam mattress and I will be investing in another for my guest room soon. It will be worth every penny!
