Came damaged, looks like someone shoved a forklift blade thru the top. Upper right front corner utterly crushed down. Sent pictures twice, emailing back and forth...still no resolution. This lasted so long that the return window has now closed. Had to have my Maintenance department hammer it out just so I could use it...without the locking mechanism because that was not salvageable. Pity to pay that much for something and then have a visibly damaged, ugly unit sitting in my office.

Great quality, strong construction, well made, and sturdy. Handles large, rounded, smooth and easy to grip. Release button secures draw in closed position. Lock available if needed. Draws slide out smoothly and have sides built in for hanging pendaflex folders. Separate purchase of wheels makes cabinet easy to move. Only down side is that the bottom of cabinet isn’t enclosed so can become dusty. Easy fix if you’re craft using duck tape and foil pan on inside of cabinet. Very pleased with purchase.

awesome purchase. came super fast. was suppose to get it the 20th and it came on the 7th. yes there were 2 dents in the back but overall it is an awesome purchase . the dents dont bother me cause they are in the back and the drawers work great and the keys to lock in were there. super happy with my purchase

Wanted a four drawer locking cabinet. It arrived in just a few days. For what I paid, it is an excellent buy. It is not a heavy thick metal cabinet, but I didn't expect it to be. It was well packed and was undamaged. When I need more cabinets I will buy this one.

I was so happy with my first file cabinet purchase, that I decided to purchase a second one. It came quickly, just as my email said. I was a little sad when I saw the box had some damage, but when I opened it, the file cabinet was in perfect shape, just like my first one. Super happy with both file cabinets! I am the type who rarely writes reviews.

After shopping around extensively, this was the best deal I could find. It is a sturdy filing cabinet with a lock. The drawers click shut and have high sides so you don't need a wire frame for your Pendaflex folders. It is not the top-of-the-line, but for the money, it is a decent cabinet. Most of the reviews I read said their cabinet came with dents. So did mine...a few small ones...not enough to go to the trouble of sending it back. Wayfair should use a different shipping company and design a better packing strategy. When I got home to find it in my driveway, FedEx had delivered it upside down, even though the box was clearly marked with "THIS SIDE UP". So Fed Ex gets a big thumbs down in my book and Wayfair should pack it better as well. I know it is a very bulky item to ship, but Wayfair should plan for that.

We ordered this online, a bit nervous how it would arrive to our home. It actually came very well packaged and was in perfect shape!! It's heavy duty and perfect for a home office. It is already set up for hanging files, so no extra supplies needed. Comes with keys to lock it if you want. I'm very pleased!!

I was looking for a better quality file cabinet than the one I purchased on-line at an office supply store, several years ago. This one is great. It is solid, and the drawers slide easily open. The handles are sturdy and made out of metal not plastic. You never know what you're going to get when you shop online - but no need to worry with this one.

Came all put together but the bottom drawer wouldn't open because when they packed it with the filing bones (the metal parts that hold the files) it fell into the back and I couldn't get it out. But it's a nice size, nice looking too. Easy to open and close but I'm using 3 drawers instead of 4.

After reading reviews, I almost didn't take a chance on it arriving in good condition. Now I'm glad I did! The box did have a puncture in it and the cabinet has a small dent but it doesn't show where I have it located. It was in a box a little larger than the cabinet to allow for cushioning and styrofoam was on the corners and a few other areas. As for the cabinet it is well made, the metal handles are already attached and it seems sturdy. It is perfect for my needs and I'm very happy with the purchase so far!
