I owned the previous version before. This new version simply is nicer with rounded edges and a larger screen. Plus it covers all of the functions that I need, including the weather!

I didn't initially think this would be as useful as it has been. Having the scale automatically upload metrics, while it sounds simple, streamlines my morning and gives me an extra moment to enjoy my coffee.

I bought it weeks ago and can't figure out how to complete the setup. I follow the instructions but keep hitting dead ends. It tells me I need to update the software but so far following those instructions hasn't helped. I have spent hours on this.

My wife and I use the S2 just about every day. Really like the automatic connection to Garmin Connect. Getting familiar with the other data elements the scale uploads to Garmin Connect.

Issues: Every few months it needs to be factory reset because it loses connectivity to the app. Also the body fat %age is wrong. I got a dexa scan (which is 100% accurate) and the dexa showed my body fat at 20% less than the scale shows.

With the Garmin connect app this scale is awesome. My wife and I use it and do our best to focus on our health. The only one downside is turning it on, having to tap it to turn on is not that easy. It doesn’t turn on quickly.

I bought this to pair with Garmin watch, and the communication was messy and slow. Returned. They are not ready yet. You better use a regular one and push data manually.

I like the convenience of automatically entering my daily data into Garmin Connect. However, this Garmin scale is consistently 3 lbs less than my three other high tech scales.

Great scale with many advanced metrics. Plus it uploads automatically to Garmin Connect. I only wish the metrics were more consistent from day to day.
