Delivery service was terrible did not deliver furniture on time. We weren't given notice when there were coming. Left the patio furniture in the driveway in plain sight

Orderered online without seeibg it. Its good quality but bulky and not so comfortable to sit. It comes in 3 boxes and very easy to install. Overall ok for the price but i think there are some other better options for $2k.

Love this set. And I was able to put it all together myself - easy (aside from the size). Cushions are very nicely firm. Purchased a glass shield from Amazon to go with it.

Looked in and called every Sam’s in Ohio for this and was finally able to order it online earlier this month. We absolutely love it and our patio looks stunning!

I love the set, however on using the well, you know, to a certain point I have to agree with fire pit one time, several of the glass rocks exploded. Fortunately no one was hurt! I replacwd the glass with lava rock.

If I could give this a zero I would. Simply for the fact that the cover it's self is the worst piece of work I've ever seen. The people that designed that clearly didn't use a single brain cell

I have owned this sectional over a year now. It sits on a screened porch (not directly in the elements). We live in the South and are able to use from approximately March to November (it is used on the daily) and it is as sturdy today as the day we bought. It was easy to assemble and is managable to move for spring cleaning. I am even more impressed that the cushions have not gone flat or gotten mis-shapen. We do take care to flip over seat cushions and rotate the positions from time to time. We did get the light taupe color and only negative I have to potentially say is it shows spots easily. I have not attempted to pull off covers to machine wash. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat and this product is out of stock alot from popularity, if you see it but it.
