Fantastic OLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this TV in my bedroom as to not sear my eyes before bed. It's been great. Speakers fills up a small to medium size room. And the display quality and contract is amazing. The build quality feels absolutely premium.

Most of the time!

My husband and I bought this as our gift to each other at Christmas. Most of the time, this is a great TV and we love being able to access all our paid channels using only one remote. However, the smartcast feature will not work sometimes unless we disconnect the TV from the power source. The television will turn on but only to a gray screen with no access to our channels. After unplugging then plugging it back in, it will work fine again..for a while!

Great TV

Will never buy a cheap tv again the oled is the way to go the pitcher is fantastic especially after I tuned it tv is ultra thin great sound! It is true 4k with hdr 4 hdmi ports 2 which have 2.1 so it's ready for the ps5 or anything that needs to run on hdmi 2.1. Great tv would definitely recommend!

Good picture, nothing else

Bought the tv and returned the next day. The picture was great, however you shouldn't have to set the hdmi port to run the 2.1 to port for 120hz. Also the tv turned off and wouldn't turn back on unless unplugging and plugging it back in. Not bad for vizios first oled but wouldn't buy again.

Great product for price

Bad picture

I bought this tv and set it up at home but it was quite obvious to me that the feed I was watching on this tv in the store was optimized for the tv for better picture. At home however, it was grainy and looked like motion flip art like the one you draw and flip through. The tv was so hot I thought I bought a hp laptop.

Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Stunning picture !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 65 "Qled tv ( which I was VRRY happy with ) with this 65 "OED tv. All I can say is WOW !! The picture is so crisp, the colors so intense and life like , and no lag or shadow with fast movement scene's like I had with the older QLED. Vizio got it right !! Thank you !!

Great picture! Great sound!

I've been looking at the new OLED model tvs for a while and I'm so glad I finally purchased my very own OLED 4K tv. The picture is incredible even if what you're watching isn't in High Def. High def channels and movies look so good but the 4K programming is insanely sharp. It looks as if you're actually there

Unbelievable picture quality!

I've only had my new Visio OLED65 mounted and operating for 3 days now and I'm like a kid who after Christmas can't get enough of his favorite gift. The brightness and clarity of the picture is another huge by step forward in the evolution of the television. I find myself seeking out programming that will showcase the quality of the picture regardless of the genre or intended audience. Some of the newer, computer generated cartoons, lack any redeemable qualities (imho) save for the incredible graphics, which are stunningly colorful, bright, and almost as vivid as real life. Nature documentaries and shows involving space, especially when shot in 4K are almost mesmerizing. When I bought my 65” HD tv about 10 years ago I thought I was witnessing the best quality picture that could be produced by anything this side of a mirror. I was wrong, and happily so. If you're on the fence, like I was, about whether to replace a broken or outdated television with another of similar HD quality, that is to say “standard high definition”...don't even waste your time. It's increasingly difficult to find as 4K is becoming ubiquitous, so that is pretty much a given. On the subject of spending your hard earned money on the more expensive OLED technology....if you have the means, or can somehow figure out how to acquire the means...my advice is definitely do so. Whether you're into movies, sports, gaming, or even nature/space shows, you will be amazed at the latest leap in picture quality and brightness. And VIZIO offers all the quality at a substantial savings. Putting the absolute best technology within the reach of those of us for whom the strength of the stock market makes absolutely no difference to our bottom line. FYI...the 65” HD television I had to replace was a Samsung that was about 4 or 5 years old that stopped working after some loud cracking and popping noises that sounded like the transformer on an overhead power line blowing out. However, my 42” VIZIO that I bought in ‘08 doesn't even have a single bad pixel. Food for thought.

Definite Glitches With This TV

I purchased this a month ago. So far the TV has shut itself off while I was watching it. I lost volume on the TV twice, no, the mute button was not on. Yesterday it would not turn on, the light was on in the lower left hand corner but no picture until I unplugged the TV and then plugged it back in. I called tech support all they could offer was that if this happens again I should call them when any issues arises. They were trying to be helpful.
