I take 2 every nite an hour before which is what is says to do and I still find myself awake in bed until 2-3 am in the morning. will continue taking til they are all gone hopefully just need to get them into my system to actually notice anything

I'm not sure which or if it's the combination of them, but it is the best I've tried for helping me to fall asleep, which I often do have issues with. However, it does not help me stay asleep through the night, or even more than a few hours. But another good thing about it, is the form of it beinga gummy, so it's enjoyableand the taste is quite pleasing. I have continued purchasing this because it works so well at inducing sleep for me. However, I find myself staring at the ceiling wide awake and totally exhausted at the same time. My brain is going through the to-do lists of today and tomorrow. I don't like to take anything that leaves me feeling out of it of puts me into a deep sleep where I'm not aware of what's going on. This stuff helps me relax enough to get to sleep but doesn't make me feel like I'm on anything while I'm sleeping or in the morning. Nothing worse than weird dreams or all day fog. This is subtle but effective. My go to!

I've been getting back into working out lately and the recover aspect of these gummies has been great. I'll take two before bed and I'm out like a light before I even know it. The serving is 3 but I don't like to over do it. The texture of these gummies is weird to me. They are pretty tough and don't break apart very easy. I think that would be the only downside to these gummies. The flavor is a strong berry flavor but it tastes good enough. I'll continue using these because I like getting a full sound nights sleep. Great for every night use.
