They were just what I needed to finally get a good nights sleep and wake up refreshed as ever. Even my husband likes them and he doesn't like sleep aides too much.

I've never been one to use a sleep aid. To tell you the truth, I don't think I ever have However when my girlfriend recommended trying melatonin, I thought it couldn't hurt. She has been using it for years, but I didn't think it was for me. I always have ussies falling asleep and, since it can take me 30 minutes or more each night, I figured what is the harm. I looked around for different options and when I found one from Nature Made which contained more than just Melatonin, my GF, who is a pharmacist, said all of the ingredients would be good. I gave it a shot and the first night I noticed a difference right away. I was relaxed and I seemed to have a much more peaceful and restless night's sleep and woke up not groggy, but refreshed. It was as if I didn't have a mind full of clutter and wasn't so much as focusing on the day's events (which keeps me up) but rather could focus on relaxing my body to let it fall asleep. I get that Melatonin is backed my science and is safe, but I was always skeptical until I found the right solution from the right company. Nature Made is backed by years of successful products and it's a na,e you can trust. I feel that this is not only a safe solution for me, but that I feel like I can be happy with my choice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Nature Made® - Wellblends Sleep & Recover Gummies worked great for me. I took them as directed. Two gummies an hour before bedtime. I slept all night and did y wake up with that normal groggy melatonin drowsiness.

Love the ingredients- hate that it's a gummy. Miss 3mg melatonin with L-Theanine.
