We are very happy with this TV. It has an exceptionally crisp clear picture. The sound is not bad but could be just a little crisper to the ear.

Great TV for a great price

The TV is really good (clear picture & decent size), however, the audio is a bit hollow. Adding a sound bar fixed that.

TV good, remote not so good

I replaced my LG TV with this because the internet chip had gone out once and was replaced. I was already having problems with the new chip when I purchased this tv. I bought this because my nephew, the electronics nerd, recommended. I am basically happy and the price is a good price. I like the TV but the remote, to me, is hard to use. I wish it had numbers so I could go directly to the channel instead of having to scroll through my favorites. I hid all of the channels I do not watch but the remote is still an inconvenience to use. Picture is great quality and clear. The sound is a little “tin-like” in my opinion so I purchased a sound bar that helps with sound quality. All in all this is a tv that will serve my needs once I get use to the remote.

Junk, buy something else

This replaced a Samsung I had for 8 years. Not at all the same quality. The TV seems to lose its mind every couple of months. The programming guide disappears and calling TCL support is a complete waste of time. They do everything to not honor the warranty. I keep having to find workaround since I use an antennae and it loses the programming regularly. I also have a Hisense Roku tv in the den that has never had a problem. This will be the last and only TCL product I own.

Not good quality

I bought this a year ago. Now it has no channel program guide so you can't see what is on local channels, it no longer receives updates, Paramount plus has never worked. Google interface is glitchy and hard to use. Called TCL several times with no help. Wish I had bought a different brand.
