It's thick and creamy not runny.it looks watery based because of how shiny it looks. it has colloidal Oatmeal. it says it's a skin protecting.I used on my face after washing my face. I felt a tingly sensation after applying which I didn't care for I don't know if It was because I put it on after washing my face.i will try using it not immediately after washing my face but minutes later and twice a day

The product is pale white in color and the texture is thick and rich. However it is super easy to spread and massage and absorbs well in the skin. The product is truly fragrance free as advertised and I could not detect even a teeny bit of scent. I have dry sensitive skin and it kept my skin hydrated for full 24 hours. Also, I did not see any kind of adverse reactions on my skin so it is truly made for sensitive skin. Overall, I have a very good experience with this product and would really recommend this product.

I used the product twice a day but found it to be too heavy for use during the day, so I used it at night only. I was quite surprised to notice a difference in this short time period. In the morning, my skin felt softer and looked healthier. The product goes on silky smooth and has a very light scent that quickly dissipates. It absorbs quickly and feels quite soothing on the skin. I tried it on my hands and was amazed how soft the skin was even the following morning.
