I have very sensitive skin and in the past products have broke my skin out left me with hives red blotches that can last days and sometimes a week. This product didn't cause any type of reaction my face. In fact my face felt smooth and moisturized afterwards. I couldn't wait to pass it along to my friends and my family especially my daughters who have sensitive skin too

Its practically fragrance free but someone with asthma or severe allergies might be able to pick up lightly to the scent.
