It's good for some skin irritations such as eczema , rashes Upon my first time using this product it glides on very smooth and cool to the touch.this moisturizer acts like a skin barrier. it's main ingredients was Oatmeal. Yes I would recommend for people with skin issues.

I appreciate this especially on the face. It is made of colloidal oatmeal, that gives it a thick texture. I appreciate the thick cream due to my skin being so dry all the time. This product goes on extremely easy without a lot of extra rubbing into the skin like some thick moisturizers. I would recommend this product.

Olay Ultimate Sensitive Colloidal Oatmeal Skin Protectant Moisturizer is fragrance free and perfect for calming the skin. I was impressed with it's light creamy texture & blend-ability. Only a small amount is needed to blend across the whole face. My skin is mature and tends to be dry and red often with a uneven appearance. I tested this product in the a.m. & p.m. and it reduced the redness on my face while making my skin look and feel smooth & hydrated. This fragrance free moisturizer felt wonderful, cool & calming to my face and I would definitely recommend it!
