More because of the fact that is designed especially for people with sensitive/dry/eczema skin. I currently do not suffer from eczema but I do have sensitive and very dry skin - more with the cold weather approaching, so I decided to give it a try so I can be able to protect my skin from dryness. Fragrance: It has a very very fainted oat scent. Quality: 9.5/10 Overall: Great texture, I would definitely give it a try if you suffer from any of the conditions mentioned above. The scent it's something that can go unnoticed. But you can do smell some of the oat that's the reason I'm giving 9.5/10. If you have very sensitive/dry skin like I do, rest assured you probably will not have any kind of bad reaction (consult with dermatologist before using/ or try in a little part of your body to see how your skin reacts first). Overall I feel my skin more moisturized & hydrated. This is great for people that have very sensitive skin because it goes on great and provides nice coverage without irritating your skin. It is not great. It is super light. You can't even feel that you are wearing it. This is really good for my skin since it is dry a lot. It feels nice and smooth on my skin and helps to moisturize it. It is also good for preventing my skin when it would get itchy or red. That doesn't happen with this. There is not scent. I received this product from Shopper Army to give my honest review on this product. I was sent the Olay Ultimate Sensitive Colloidal Oatmeal Skin Protectant Moisturizer. It was designed for people with sensitive skin to help smooth and hydrate. It's made with clean products. A few ingredients it contains are, shea butter and vitamin B3. It's fragrance free as well, so that was a plus for me. It had a good texture to it. When it was on my skin it felt cool, and it was smooth like butter. I could feel the hydration. The only thing I was disappointed in, was the time it took to blend into my skin. I felt it did last all day for me. I'm 49 and I believe even if you are in your late 20's, this product would be a benefit for you to add to your daily routine. I would recommend this product to my family and friends for sure.
