I am reviewing Olay Ultimate Sensitive Colloidal Oatmeal Skin Protectant Moisturizer Fragrance Free. What makes this Olay moisturizer special is that it has colloidal oatmeal in it to help soothe dry or irritated skin. I also really liked that it is fragrance free as that can irritate my sensitive skin. When I first unscrewed the jar, I like that it had a little top inside with a pull tab to help keep the product fresh and from spilling. The moisturizer itself is white and has a smooth, silky finish when applied to my skin. I took about a quarter size amount and applied it all over on my freshly washed face. I have some dry patches on my chin and around my nose and this moisturizer hydrated those areas. I like that it dryed quickly and made my skin feel smooth and soft. I was able to put makeup over it and it did not cause my makeup to pill or ball up. I also tried this at nightime and when I woke up in the morning, my skin looked nice and moisturized and I didn't experience any reactions or issues.

While this moisturizer claims to have a super simple ingredients, it does offer some innovation with the active ingredient being 2% colloidal oatmeal. After testing this moisturizer I can attest that it lives up to what it claims to do. I have sensitive skin and I found that this moisturizer didn't irritate me at all and seemed to soothe and calm down any redness and dryness I had on my face. I also enjoy that it absorbs nicely into the skin, is fragrance free, and that I can wear it during the day or at night. I also find that this moisturizer isn't too heavy and is more of a lightweight texture on the skin, so I wouldn't recommend it for people dealing with very dry skin. However I do recommend this to people who struggle to find a moisturizer that won't irritate their sensitive skin or those who want an allergen and fragrance free soothing moisturizer that's great for any day use.

I was a bit skeptic as to how my skin would react though the packaging said sensitive, so I began using it the same day I received it and oh my I'm in love, for me I have a combination skin type , where parts would be oily and parts dry but since I began using the Olay ultimate sensitive Skin Protectant, Moisturizer I've noticed that those areas in the morning are no longer oily, in fact my face looks as though I just washed and dried it . For anyone that suffers from allergy to products , try the only ultimate sensitive Skin Protectant Moisturizer , give it a chance might just change your life. Redness has dissipated and my skin feels smoother, moisturized and protected from cold weather. This cream is truly fragrance free and and not heavy nor greasy. Consistency is creamy and application is easy, blends in quickly and a little goes a long way. To summarize this product packs a lot of benefits in one jar. I will be speaking about my experience using the Olay Ultimate Sensitive Skin Protectant. I took a couple of days to test the product, so I'll be here a while. I tried this product for 3 days and here is the overview of my experience: Day 1: This was the first time I've tried the product, but I wasn't surprised that the texture was smooth and creamy. I put some of the Olay on my face and my face was definitely hydrated. Plus, I put this on in the day time. At night, I'm pretty sure that it wore off, but when I washed my face, I still felt the cream on my face. So, I definitely know that it's a long-lasting product! Day 2: When I woke up in the morning, I felt small dots on my face. They weren't pimples and I'm pretty sure it was from the cream because of other experiences. However, I washed my face and applied the cream to my face. Again, it was hydrating and lightweight on my skin. At night, I washed the cream off, but the little dots on my face were gone. Strange.... Day 3: Anyways, for the 3rd day, I did the same thing. By the end of the day, I came to the conclusion that the Olay cream was really good for my skin, it just brought some dots to my face upon trying it. I would totally recommend this product, especially if your face itches often or you just have sensitive skin. I loved this product and hope that once you get it, you enjoy it just as much as I did!

It's very hydrating , soaks right into my skin. My skin feels less dry in the morning. And since this cream can be use for eczema, i couldn't resist trying on my daughter. She has eczema under her eyes & nose bridge, the area is very dry & flaky. We applied for 3 days & the redness subsides like 50%. Her skin is less flaky & she said she likes how the cream feels & it's not sticky. I guess this will be a staple item in our skin care routine.
