I paid $89.98 for Microsoft 365 Family-15 months Subscription, for up to 6 people. At first I was able to access the account; however, I am currently having problems using this account. When I contacted Sam's club to verify my purchase they basically said it is not their problem, and that I need to contact Microsoft.
