It is very thin and no ask hard so anything you put over make marks. I bought here in SAM’s one from the same brand that was better for gym and exercising that this one. I am going to return it

I love my new floor mat. I use these in the kitchen in the places I stand a great deal. I love the cushion and my feet are not tires from standing on the tile.

Love these tiles. Just gor a new puppy and put these down under her food bowls and in her playvpen to protect the flooring. Works great and is holding up to her energy

Easy to put down, nice cushioning for on top of concrete floor. Like the choice of patterned or plain black. Ample edging provided so edges look finished no matter how you configure the layout.

Using it for hone gym/weight training. Surface is not grippy, so if you do step, the surface is too slippery, but good for yoga, stretch, static weight training

We used this in our basement and love it. It fits perfectly together and the edge pieces finish it off nicely. Stays in place well and stays together. Our grandson loves to play on it.

I tried using this for a workout and the tiles were separating and slipped on my carpet. Not a safe surface for a HIIT or even strength training workout. I returned them.

I purchased this for our home gym. This is not good enough for home gym, puzzle grips are not strong enough to keep in place. SamsClub has good return policy so we didn’t have any problems in returning
