Works very well. Love the fact that I dont have to buy refills. Has its own refillable dispenser. Love the fact that the washable pad can be flipped . The only other thing I would like to see on it is a small scrubber on the front for things stuck on floor. Would buy again

It is so easy to mop now, no bucket. You have to really tug to pull the water bottle off of the bottom, there is no release button. It was a little tricky figuring how to pull the water/solution bottle off since it didn't come with instructions. I ordered extra microfiber cleaning heads, wash up nicely and easy on and off with velcro. Delivered the same day I ordered it. I went to youtube for video instructions.

I thought wow this is wonderful, does the job and easy to use. THEN 2 week later it stopped working and would not produce steam. I did everything correctly, use it according to instruction, basically after the 5th time i used it broke down. I would NOT RECOMEND this, I did not keep my receipt so im out of luck getting a refund. Very disappointed, I was the fool for throwing away my receipt. Only satisfaction was taking it into my back yard with my grandson (who is 5yo) and smashing it into a million pieces.

I love how easy it is to use. You don't have to remove the cloth pad to use the other side you just flip it over while mopping and keep going a great time saver when rushing. This saves me alot of money considering I only now need to use 2 teaspoons of cleaner and warm water (and no bleach since it actually removes 99% of germs. This does not kill the germs just removes them). Im glad that it is so easy to maneuver left right and sideways between furniture, really helpful. This is also better to use with the size and shape of the handle than Swiffer and the freedom mop. A really good spray radius too!

I really like this mop. I mix some water, white vinegar and a little drop of Dawn dish detergent to put in the sprayer. I use it on my laminate kitchen floor, ceramic tiles in the front entryway, my bathroom floor, and my office chair mat. It articulates very easily and I love the fact that it can flip over so you can use the other side. Sometimes I use that side for drying. Very well thought out! We have a front loading washing machine so I can put the mop head fabric in the washer on rinse and spin with a little white vinegar. It comes out fresh and clean!

Oh holy moly, this is a life saver in the winter!! I foster dogs and it's a total nightmare on my hardwood and tile floors when wintertime rolls around. All those muddy paw prints are no match for this, and I can use my favorite floor cleaner in it instead of that nasty wet jet refill. I did purchase the mop head covers that have the blue fringe side, as I think it cleans my tile better than the white side. The only issue with that cover is it's a bit too long, but it still cleans well.

I love it! I used to vacuum my vinyl floors before wet cleaning them. (Surprising how much one dog and one cat can shed.) Now I dust them first with this, shake and clean the head, then wet clean with this. I can't believe how much easier the project is. Then between wet cleanings I simply dust them again. This is SO lightweight and maneuverable--makes cleaning a breeze.

I have had several varieties of mops but am liking this one the best. I mostly have hard wood floors and use a special waterless cleaner for them. This mop handled it perfectly. Also worked great for the vinyl and tile - added a little Murphys Oil Soap to water. Spray is directly in front of mop pad - not to the side on walls or rugs.

Great mop! I thought the quality was going to be a little off but I was wrong. It works very well and the pad is very durable. I have already washed it 10 times and it works just like new. Any liquid works but I use Mr clean and I have had no issues

First time purchasing O-Cedar product. I'm very impressed with how well the mop works especially around the cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Also depending one how you have the mop head you can have regular pressure but if you need to scrub hard all you have to do is flip the mop head and you can get a good scrub. Will definitely be purchasing another one so I have one upstairs and one downstairs.
