If it were possible, I would give this negative stars. On paper and in theory, this mop has some great features and benefits. However, the reality is this is the worst spray mop I have ever purchased in my entire life. I purchased this mop and one month later the spray capabilities were dead. I took the mop back and got another new on only to have the same thing happen. I bought a spray mop for the convenience of having my cleaning solution handy without having to hassle with spray bottles or buckets. If the spray features die while the mop is still on the new side, why buy a spray mop? I am done with any and all O'Cedar products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I am able to put in my own liquid cleaner in it and not a premixed solution, I do recommend using the Promist but it does spray out evenly but comes out just a bit too much and I had to refill it before cleaning the next floor in my house This would be perfect for those with small floor space.

It isn't battery powered and you can use whatever cleaner you want. That is a HUGE plus for me since I like a specific cleaner.

A spray mop definitely beats lugging around a bucket filled with water. With this mop, I can target specific areas or do a touch up on my entire floor between steam mopping. What I also love is that I can use any type of cleaning liquid and refilling the reservoir is simple and easy—especially if you have trouble with utilizing your hands due to carpal tunnel or arthritis as I do sometimes. I really enjoyed using the mop. It moves around with ease. It is economical, time-saving, and actually fun to use. This mops picks up all the dirt and grime that accumulates in between my usual steam mop process. Another plus about this mop is the space saving design. It is not bulky nor heavy. I love it and would definitely recommend to those looking for a cleaning device to add to their collection.

I love my spray mop and will never go back to using anything else. I fill it what the liquid of my choice which is pine sol most of the time and I mop. It gets my floors really clean and I love that. I either use swifter pads or a reusable pad to clean my floors. It's a cheaper and easier way to clean your floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can use your own cleaning solution. Other brands, you have to use their product and the scents are so overwhelming. The mop part is much bigger than other brands as well, you can flip it over to utilize both sides as well. There is also less waste because you are not pulling the pad off and throwing it away, you just wash it and reuse. I won't be using any other brand from now on!! Definitely worth buying!!!

I experienced an issue with this mop during its first use. Approximately 5 minutes into mopping, the mop head detached from the handle. I was unable to reattach the head, despite my efforts to do so. I returned it to WalMart for an exchange. During what time I did use the mop, it was very easy to use. I appreciate the extra large mop head, and the fact the mop does not require batteries to operate. Based on the mop's attributes, I'm willing to try another mop. My 3 star rating is based on the necessity to return the first mop.

I was very happy with the results and what's even better is you can take the mop part off and throw it in the washer and wash it and use it again. Which totally saves money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this! It came fully assembled and has a strong and heavy one-pc handle that does not come apart or fold over. Measured from the floor, the handle is 46 in. to the trigger and 50 in. to the top. It's easy to start using. The pad slips over one end and closes with Velcro on the other end. The extra-large plastic head is just a grid frame with no fasteners to attach any other type of pad or rag. The water bottle easily pops off by pressing a button on the front. Put 2 teaspoons of floor cleaner and warm water in the container and pop back on. The spray trigger operates smoothly, and the spray has an even mist that spreads the entire width of the large head. I have trouble seeing the spray but hear it. It swivels easily around things, and the head flips over just as easily to clean with both sides. Just lift off the floor and flop it over to the other side. No need to reach down or anything. The head with pad on is huge- 6 x 16 in., so it doesn't fit around toilets that are close to walls and cabinets, but between the size and flip capability, one pad covers a LOT of floor! I feel that I cannot get any muscle behind the ends of the head though, because they just float out there, so scrubbing stains is more for the center under the handle. The pad picks up a lot of cat hair. Some hair balls up and falls off. The instructions say to remove the soap liquid and replace with just water and spray a few times to clear the soap out of the sprayer before putting it away, but I'm too lazy to do that. I'll take my chances. The card says the pad can be machine washed up to 100 times- no fabric softener liquid or dryer sheet. This mop makes cleaning lots of rooms at once a breeze!
