Thank you for providing feedback on our Olay Moisture Renewal Blend Body Wash. We're sorry if you didn't get the lather that you were hoping for. This is commonly caused by hard water. Water hardness can change with weather conditions and other factors, so the problem may seem to arise suddenly. Other causes include cool water temperatures and oil or grease on the skin. If you haven't already, you might try using a mesh shower puff/sponge. Body washes lather best when used with a puff. We'd be happy to assist you further.
