My husband was using old spice because the smell seems to last longer than other soaps and he sweats a lot at work so he liked the idea of still smelling good after sweating. His armpits were too sensitive to the old spice and he ended up having chemical burns on both sides! We switched to dove about 5 years ago and never looked back. It smells clean and fresh, no harsh chemicals and actually moisturizes your skin. We're definitely a dove household now. Him, me and even our babies!

He finds the scent less stark instead a more subtle hint of scent that smells more like a cologne is more his style and is achieved whilst using the body wash. I love it because it's not as heavily aromatic as AXE for example. It also does a better job of moisturizing his skin in my opinion. His skin is so much softer now.. The smell was amazing & the thickness of the product isn't too overwhelming! The smell lasted for hours & it wasn't too manly or too feminine of a smell so both sexes can enjoy

I work in a hot aircraft hangar in Tennessee, and the cooling effect of the body wash is the greatest thing ever when I get home. It leathers well and it doesn't dry out my skin.
